Indoor: Took second place in the 500-m dash with a time of 1:08 at Cornell’s Kane Invitational.... At Cornell Relays on Dec.1st Sean Carney ran the 500 Meter Dash with a time of 1:07.61, placing seventh overall.
Freshman Year (2011-2012)
Outdoor: Finished fifth overall in the 800-meter run at the Cornell Big Red Invitational with a season-best time of 1:55.80 … Placed 21st with a time of 1:59.65 in the 800-meter run.
Indoor: Finished 10th overall in the 800-meter run at the Kane Invitational (1:59.22) … Competed in the 800-meter run at the Boston University Terrier Invitational (1:56.12) … Took fifth in the 800-meter run at the Cornell Upstate Challenge (2:00.29) … Finished 14th overall in the 500-meter dash at the Cornell Relays (1:09.33) … Was part of the 4x800-meter relay team that took seventh at the Cornell Relays (8:17.78).
