Senior Year (2008): All-BIG EAST Honorable Mention … Team’s Defensive MVP … Started all 17 games … Part of an Orange defense that posted eight shutouts and recorded the seventh-best team season goals-against average in school history (1.01) … Helped hold UNC-Wilmington and Florida Gulf Coast to a combined nine shots in SU’s two shutout wins at the Mayor’s Cup … Helped hold DePaul to just one shot on goal on his way to being named the BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Week (Oct. 20) … Recorded his first career assist in a 3-2 win against Adelphi.
