Orange Place 11 on IWLCA Academic Honor Roll, Earn Team Academic Distinction

The Syracuse women's lacrosse team got it done in the classroom this past year, with 11 players landing on the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll on top of the program earning IWLCA Academic Honor Squad distinction.
11 honorees are the most in a single season since 2021 when the Orange placed 15 on the honor roll, while this is the third consecutive season the program has earned the team distinction.
Kaci Benoit (Accounting), Joely Caramelli (Selected Studies in Education), Carlie Desimone (Sport Management/Sport Event Management), Izzy Lahah (Selected Studies in Education), Courtney Maclay (Intercollegiate Athletic Advising and Support), Emma Muchnick (Sport Management/Business), Mackenzie Rich (Project Management), Mackenzie Salentre (Project Management), Coco Vandiver (Public Relations/Marketing), Alexa Vogelman (Biotechnology) and Cece Webb (Communication and Rhetorical Studies/Public Communications Studies) were all recognized with the individual honor.
The IWLCA Academic Honor Roll recognizes juniors, seniors and graduate students who have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. The team award is presented to teams who have a cumulative team GPA of 3.2 or higher for the academic year.
