Molly Guzik has paced the Syracuse offense through five games, leading the team with 12 goals and 15 points. The sophomore posted a career-high four goals and five points in the win at Louisville and has recorded multiple goals in four consecutive starts.

Guzik has also been dominant in the circle, winning a team-best 21 draw controls, including a career-high seven against Loyola. She is just two goals shy of matching her freshman-year total.
Offensive Leaders
Caroline Trinkaus, a preseason All-American Honorable Mention selection, has tallied seven goals and eight points this season. Ashlee Volpe and Mackenzie Rich each lead the team with four assists, while Volpe posted a career-high four helpers in the victory against Loyola.

Joey Caramelli and Mileena Cotter have added four goals apiece, contributing to an offense that has seen 12 different players score this season.

California enters the matchup with a 3-3 overall record and a 1-1 mark in ACC play. The Golden Bears are coming off a road loss to Duke but earned their first ACC victory in history earlier this year against Florida State.
