Tyshon Fogg comes to ‘Cuse after a distinguished collegiate career at Rutgers where he was a team captain, All-ECAC defensive selection and two-time Honorable Mention All-Big Ten linebacker and was invited to the Miami Dolphins’ minicamp in 2022.
He’ll be in his third season working with the Orange defense in 2025.
Also a standout in the classroom, Fogg was a 2022 Hampshire Honor Society selection from the National Football Foundation, a three-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and a four-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree.
In 30 career starts at linebacker, he registered 293 tackles, 16.0 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, an interception and a forced fumble in his five seasons at Rutgers. He earned his bachelor’s degree in human resource management in 2021 and a master’s in talent acquisition from Rutgers in 2022.
