Senior Year (2008): Played in all 12 games, at safety and on special teams … At Northwestern, recorded five tackles, including three solo, in his first game on defense … Against Akron, stepped into the strong safety position for an injured Randy McKinnon and had a career-high nine tackles, including seven solo stops and one tackle for a loss … Against Penn State, had four tackles … Against Pittsburgh, made two tackles … At West Virginia, registered one tackle … At South Florida, recorded three tackles … At Rutgers, made one solo tackle … Against Louisville, had one tackle … Against Connecticut, recorded five solo tackles, including one tackle for a loss … At Notre Dame, started his first game at strong safety and had seven tackles … At Cincinnati, registered six tackles, including five solo, and forced a fumble.
