OPENING DRIVE
• Syracuse returns home to take on North Carolina in the JMA Wireless Dome on Halloween night.
• The game will air on ESPN, with Anish Shroff '04 (PxP), Andre Ware (analyst) and Paul Carcaterra '97 (reporter) on the call. It marks the second-straight week and third time this season that Syracuse has had an alum as part of the television broadcast crew.
• Friday's game will be an Orange Out in the JMA Wireless Dome. Syracuse fans are encouraged to wear their Orange in support of the 'Cuse.

• Friday's game is an Orange Out. Wear your Orange and the first 40,000 fans will receive a free orange rally towel to help create a sea of Orange in the JMA Dome.
• 'Cuse on the Quad opens at 4:30 p.m. This week, there will be a haunted house on the quad to get fans in the Halloween spirit, as well as a children's costume parade at 6 p.m. 'Cuse on the Quad will still feature many fan favorites, including food trucks, additional food and beverage options, lawn games, merchandise, performances by the Syracuse marching band and more!
• Once inside, fans can take advantage of 'Otto's Spooky Space' in the 100-level concourse behind the student section. It will feature professional 360-degree camera photos for costumed fans from 6:30-10 p.m. Additionally, kids can meet and snap photos with Otto from 6-7 p.m.
• There will also be new food and beverage options for the occasion. Fans can sip on 'Witches Brew' a ghoulish cocktail or get Spooky Purple Popcorn - both exclusively available in Miron Victory Court. Fans can also get 'Devilishly Good Savings' on a four-pack of food and beverage for just $30 at concession stands.

• As you make your way to the Dome, be sure to utilize the Waze app to provide real-time traffic updates on routes around the venue. Visit Cuse.com/Dome for GPS directions to your specific lot. • The NYE Auto Quad Walk will take place at 5:10 p.m. Fans are encouraged to beat the team there and be in place in advance of the walk to cheer the team on during their walk into the Dome.
• Make sure you download the 'Cuse app (Download on IOS or Google Play) to be part of interactive fan opportunities in-game. The light shows prior to the team entrance and between the third and fourth quarter provide ways for fans to involve themselves in the action, plus trivia and more.
FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS
• 'Cuse is in action on a Friday for the second time this season and ninth time in the last five years.
• The Orange have won 10 of their last 15 Friday games, which includes 'Cuse's 27-24 win against No. 2 Clemson in 2017, the 2018 Camping World Bowl victory against West Virginia and the 52-35 win against Washington State in the 2024 DIRECTV Holiday Bowl.
• Syracuse has played at least one game on Friday every season since 2010. During that stretch, 20 of the 27 games have been played in the JMA Dome. Of the seven remaining games, four were bowl games.
• This is the 21st time in school history that Syracuse has played a game on Halloween. Syracuse is 15-5 all-time in such matchups.

VILLARI MOVING UP THE CHARTS
• TE Dan Villari is continuing to put his name among the all-time leaders among Syracuse tight ends.
• Villari caught one pass for 35 yards at Georgia Tech. He now has 31 receptions this season, which gives him sole possession of seventh place on Syracuse's single-season record list for most receptions by a tight end.
• In addition, Villari's 365 receiving yards this season are tied for 11th for the most yards by a 'Cuse tight end in a single season.
• Villari came to Syracuse as a quarterback after transferring from Michigan following the 2021 season. He made the transition to tight end in 2022.
SERIES HISTORY
• Friday's game will be the eighth all-time meeting between Syracuse and North Carolina.
• The Tar Heels hold a slight 4-3 lead in the series after defeating the Orange in Chapel Hill in 2023.
