Field Hockey Draws Two National TV Games

BRISTOL, Conn. – Syracuse University field hockey will play on ACC Network twice this fall, ESPN and the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) announced Tuesday morning.
The Orange, who went 13-7 and reached the ACC Semifinals a year ago, will play one game at home and one game on the road with national television coverage.
Syracuse faces Duke on ACC Network on Friday September 26 with a 6 p.m. start. Please note the time change from the previously announced start time. That weekend will be a special one for the program as Alyssa Manley's jersey will be retired and honor the 2015 NCAA Division I National Championship team prior to the Duke game.
On Friday, October 24, Syracuse heads for Chestnut Hill to take on Boston College with ACC Network on hand for the 6 p.m. game.
The remaining home games for the Orange will be carried on ACC Network Extra. Links, watch information, and any updates to the schedule, will be listed on Cuse.com.
Syracuse wraps up its preseason on Friday with a noon exhibition game against Vermont at J.S. Coyne Stadium.
