Syracuse splits for a pair of meets Friday, with Orange competing at both the Stanford Invitational and the Cortland Red Dragon Open.

Heidi Demeo will open the meet for the Orange in the women's 1,500-meter run, which begins at 3:31 p.m. eastern (12:31 PST). Ben Gabelman and Sam Ricchiuti will then compete in the men's 5,000-meter run at 10:50 p.m. eastern (7:50 PST).

Four Syracuse runners are entered in the women's 10,000-meter run, with Emma Eastman, Nyah Hernandez, Rylie Lusk and Savannah Roark slated for a 1:15 a.m. eastern (10:15 PST) start. In the men's 10,000-meter run, which will follow at 1:53 a.m. eastern (10:53 PST), Assaf Harari, Sam Lawler, Perry Mackinnon and Ethan Wechsler will run for the Orange.

Syracuse kicks off a busy day in Cortland in the women's 1,500-meter run starting at 1:45 p.m., with Lauren Augustyn, Lizzie Bigelow, Beatriz Fernandes, Grace Finnegan, Leah Futey, Kayla Harding, Olivia Shattuck and Lucy Zombek all slated to run.
James Nmah and Naseem Smith will take part in the men's long jump at 2 p.m. Shortly after, Isaiah Hayes, Emanuel Joseph, Isaiah Lewis and David Peters will compete in the 110-meter hurdles at 2:30 p.m., which will be followed by Madison Ceasar, Marissa Saunders and Kirstyn Schechter at 2:50 p.m. in the 100-meter hurdles.
In the men's 100-meter dash, Omar Alsaidi, Julian Franjieh and Solomon Holden-Betts will race for the Orange at 3:25 p.m. Shayla Ford and Mia Hernandez will be the next Orange runners on the track at 3:50 p.m. in the women's 400-meter dash.
Maya Dubrovsky, Blake Parker and Emily Rutkowski take to the track at 4:15 p.m. in the women's 800-meters. Ceasar concludes the day for the Orange in the 400-meter hurdles at 4:55 p.m.
