The Syracuse cross country teams return to action on Friday at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational.

The women's race features #4 Oregon, #5 Washington, #10 Providence, #13 Lipscomb, #14 Utah, #15 Georgetown, #16 Virginia, #18 North Carolina, #19 Wisconsin, #22 Boston College, #23 Gonzaga, #24 Northwestern, #28 Syracuse, #29 Penn State and #30 Iowa State, plus Columbia, Eastern Kentucky, Florida State, Furman, Illinois, Iona, Michigan, Oregon State, Portland, Texas A&M, Villanova and Wake Forest.

The Orange women will see Heidi Demeo, Emma Eastman, Beatriz Fernandes, Jayden Harberts, Madeline Heintz, Nyah Hernandez, Olivia Joly, Rylie Lusk and Savannah Roark race.
The 'Cuse men will see Connor Ackley, Benne Anderson, Alex Comerford, Julian Franjieh, Assaf Harari, Sam Lawler, Ruben Rojas Betanzos and Ethan Wechsler race.
LAST TIME OUT…
The men won the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational, led by Sam Lawler. Lawler was named ACC Performer of the Week for winning the individual title at the meet. The women took second overall to host Penn State.
RANKING THE ORANGE:
Both teams rose in the rankings last week, with the men climbing to No. 19, and the women rising to No. 28.
