after working as an assistant director of recruiting at the University of Arkansas and the University of Wisconsin.
At Arkansas, White developed a schedule for recruits on their official and unofficial visits, and assisted the director of recruiting in creating a social media plan to communicate with potential student-athletes. He also worked closely with admissions to monitor their academic standing and he established a recruiting database to access and update their information.
In his role as a recruiting assistant at Wisconsin, White worked with the director of recruiting to develop and maintain the highest-ranked recruiting class possible. He helped produce a recruiting manual, organized official and unofficial visits and planned recruiting travel for coaches.
White’s first position in college football was in operations and recruiting at the University of Toledo during the summer of 2012. Prior to that he was an assistant football coach and video coordinator at Lawrence High School in Kansas during the 2010 and 2011 seasons.
White earned a bachelor’s degree in sports management with a minor in business from the University of Kansas in December 2012.
