Ben Kaplan is in his first season as a quality control coach for Syracuse after serving as a student assistant last season.Â
Kaplan currently serves as an assistant defensive line coach. While he was a student assistant, he worked with the Orange linebackers in 2024.Â
Kaplan served as the Orange’s head manager for two seasons when Syracuse played in the 2022 Pinstripe Bowl and the 2023 Boca Raton Bowl. In addition, he completed an internship as a recruiting assistant at Princeton during the spring and summer of 2023.
A 2024 graduate of Syracuse’s Falk College of Sport, Kaplan was a member of ‘Cuse Crew and the operations staff for the men’s hockey club team as as an undergraduate.Â
