Orange Finish First Fall Races of the 2026-27 Season

The Syracuse women's rowing team began its fall season on Saturday, heading to the Tail of the Fish in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. The Orange were featured two sessions of racing, giving Syracuse an opportunity to test their fall training.
Syracuse was competitive across the board in the morning session, taking two out of the top three spots in the session's race, with the top Orange boat finishing with a time of 11:33.067.
The Orange came back strong in the afternoon, taking the top two finishes and earning four out of the top five spots overall. The first-place Syracuse boat finished with a time of 11:30.836.
The Orange will continue their fall slate on Saturday, Oct. 3 as they take on Colgate in a scrimmage at home in Syracuse.
