Women's Rowing Announces 2026-27 Schedule

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse women's rowing team announced its 2026-2027 schedule, led by head coach Luke McGee.
'Cuse will open the fall season at the Tail of the Fish in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. on Sept. 26. The Orange will then host a scrimmage against Colgate in Syracuse, N.Y. on October 3. Syracuse closes out its fall slate with a trip to Ithaca, N.Y. to take on Cornell on November 7.
Syracuse opens its spring slate on March 27 at the Doc Hosea Invitational in Cherry Hill, N.J., before heading to Princeton, N.J., for the Ivy Invitational on April 3. The Orange then face Yale and Dartmouth in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., on April 10, followed by the New York State Championships (date to be announced). From there, Syracuse travels to Ann Arbor, Mich., to take on Michigan and Ohio State on April 24. The spring will close out with a pair of championship tests, starting with the ACC Championships in Raleigh, N.C., on May 15 and 16 ahead of the NCAA Championships in Sarasota, Fla., which is scheduled to take place from May 28 through May 30.
All dates are subject to change.
The Orange are coming off a historic season in which they posted a ninth-place finish at NCAAs, the best overall finish in program history. Syracuse sent all three boats to the A/B semifinal, the first instance in the 22-team field structure, while the Varsity 8 raced to a third-place finish in the Petite Final at NCAAs.
