Syracuse And Saint Joseph's Schedule Dec. 11 Dome Encounter

Syracuse and Saint Joseph's have scheduled a Dec. 11 matchup at the JMA Wireless Dome. The pairing was originally planned as a neutral-site game in Las Vegas but has been changed to a Syracuse home game.

The Syracuse-Saint Joseph's Series:

The Orange and the Hawks have split the eight meetings in the all-time series.
Syracuse won the most recent matchup, a 72-69 victory on Nov. 13, 2007.
The Orange have captured three of the last four encounters with Saint Joseph's.
All five pairings have been contested in the JMA Wireless Dome.

Syracuse
      The Orange return their top two scorers, senior guard J.J. Starling (17.8 ppg.) and sophomore forward Donnie Freeman (13.4 ppg., 7.9 rpg.), from the 2024-25 squad that was 14-19. Third-year coach Adrian Autry has added six transfers and five freshmen to the Syracuse roster.

Saint Joseph's
      Saint Joseph's was 22-13 overall and 11-7 in the Atlantic 10 Conference a season ago. Steve Donohue heads into his first season at the Hawk helm. Saint Joseph's returns graduate student Justice Ajogbor (4.7 ppg., 4.4 rpg.), a center, and senior guard Derek Simpson (8.7 ppg., 3.9 rpg.), who each appeared in all 35 games last year.
