Syracuse will compete at a pair of meets this weekend, with runners taking part in both the Duke Invitational and Friar Invitational.

Syracuse will have three runners in the prelims for the women's 100-meter hurdles on Friday at 4:10 p.m., with Taleea Buxton, Madison Ceasar and Peyton Rollins aiming to earn a spot in Saturday's final. The prelims of the men's 110-meter hurdles will follow at 4:30 p.m. as Isaiah Hayes, Emanuel Joseph, David Peters and Naseem Smith all vie for a place in the final.

Next on the track for the Orange will be Olivia Garner and Kahniya James, who will run the prelims of the 100-meter dash at 4:50 p.m. The prelims of the men's 100-meter dash will follow at 5:10 p.m. with Malachi James looking to qualify for Saturday's final.

Action begins on Saturday for Syracuse with the 4x100-meter relays. Garner, James, Peyton Rollins and Iaunia Pointer will team up in the women's race at noon, followed by the men's race at 12:15 p.m. that will see Malachi Coleman, Malachi James, Darrell Gill Jr. and James Nmah run for the Orange.Â

Pointer will then race the women's 400-meter dash at 1:20 p.m. Xayvion Perkins will be the next Orange runner at 3:15 p.m. in the 400-meter hurdles. Syracuse wraps up the day in the 200-meter dash, with Rollins set to compete at 3:35 p.m. followed by Gill and Nmah at 4:05 p.m.

The Orange could also advance to three Saturday finals based on the results of Friday's prelims. The women's 100-meter hurdles final is slated for 1 p.m. which will be directly followed by the final of the men's 110-meter hurdles at 1:10 p.m. At 2:05, finalists for the women's 100-meter dash will race with the men's 100-meter final right after at 2:10 p.m.

Shayla Ford and Mia Hernandez open the day for the Orange in Providence in the 400-meter run, which will begin at 4:30 p.m. Next up will be Blake Parker and Emily Rutkowski in the 800-meter run at 5:06 p.m. Grace Finnegan and Lizzie Bigelow are then slated to run the mile, with heats beginning at 6 p.m.
Five Syracuse men will also run the mile, with Omar Alsaidi, Julian Franjieh, Ruben Rojas Betanzos, Solomon Holden-Betts and Gabriel Planty all entered. Men's and women's heats for the mile will alternate with the first at 6 p.m. and the last at 7:06 p.m.
The Orange have two runners entered in the women's 3,000-meter steeplechase, with Baneet Bains and Justus Holden-Betts set to run at 7:15 p.m.
Syracuse will close the night with several entries in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters. The events will alternate heats, with the first scheduled for 7:40 p.m. and the last set for 9:17 p.m. Running the 3,000 for the Orange will be Olivia Joly and Connell Alford, with Lauren Augustyn, Olivia Shattuck, Leah Futey and Beatriz Fernandes competing in the 5,000.
