Jobity Named ACC Defensive Lineman of the Week

Defensive lineman Kevin Jobity Jr. earned ACC Defensive Lineman of the Week honors after a three-sack performance against Pittsburgh.
Jobity's 3.0 sacks ties for the third-most in an FBS game this season and were a career high. He led a defensive unit that sacked Pitt seven times in the contest. The seven sacks were the most by a Syracuse team since the 2021 season, most in the ACC and seventh-most in a single game in the FBS this season.
The Orange also notched 12.0 tackles for loss in the contest, the 19th-most in the nation this season.
