Trent Arnold joined Syracuse University Athletics in March 2025 as Assistant Director of Compliance prior to Syracuse. He previously served as an Assistant Director of Compliance at the University of Missouri, where he managed bylaws 11 and 17, oversaw CARA logs and sport declarations, and led onboarding efforts for coaches and staff.

Arnold previously held the role of Compliance Coordinator at Mizzou, with oversight of team travel, student-athlete benefits, SAF fund usage, and housing for incoming freshmen. He also served as Associate Director of Athletic Compliance at Florida Tech University, focusing on initial eligibility, recruiting monitoring, and NCAA/SSC waivers. Arnold began his compliance career as an intern at the University of Dayton.

Arnold holds both a Master of Education in student affairs in higher education administration and a Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership from Wright State University.
