An experienced higher education professional, Megan Travis serves as the Director of Athletic Compliance in addition to her role as Corporate Compliance Director for the university. Prior to joining the Compliance program in 2022, Travis served as the Director for Strategic Initiatives in the Chancellor’s Office from 2014-2022 and in the Dean’s Office in the College of Arts and Sciences from 2011-2014.

In addition to her administrative career, Travis spent 20 years as an Alpine downhill ski coach. She holds a National/ 300 level coaching certificate from the US Ski and Snowboard Association and is a level III Certified Ski Instructor. Her coaching career enabled her to travel both nationally and internationally in support of athletes from the Jackson Hole Ski Team, Green Mountain Valley School and the Park City Ski Education Foundation.
