Former Orange standout Dyshawn Davis returned to Syracuse as a member of the coaching staff in 2025.
Davis played for the Orange from 2011-14, helping ‘Cuse to victories at the 2012 Pinstripe Bowl and 2013 Texas Bowl. He ended his career with 37.5 tackles for loss, which ranks seventh on Syracuse’s all-time record list. Following his senior season, Davis was selected to play in the College Gridiron Showcase.
The Woodbury, New Jersey native was signed by the Washington Commanders in 2015 and completed training camp before signing with the BC Lions of the CFL. He played three season with the Lions before spending the 2019 season with the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2019. Davis returned to the BC Lions in 2021 for his final season.
