Debbie Hills joined the football administrative staff as office coordinator in September 2019. As the program’s first public contact, she manages the daily operations of the Football Performance Center and provides administrative support to the assistant coaches and the director of player personnel.
Prior to her current appointment, Hills held positions within Syracuse University at the Office of Alumni Relations, Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority, the football office and the Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
Hills earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education and French in 1994 from SUNY Potsdam. She also holds a master’s degree in education from the school.
Debbie and her husband, Mark, reside in Manlius with their four children – Sarah, Scott, Lauren and Brian.
