Alex Kelly is in his second season as a scouting assistant for Syracuse. He joined the Orange for Fran Brown's inaugural staff after serving as a Player Personnel Analyst at Georgia for two seasons.
Through two recruiting classes at Syracuse, he has helped Brown elevate 'Cuse's recruiting, signing the two highest-ranked recruiting classes in program history since the advent of recruiting rankings, in the 2024 and 2025 cycles.
Kelly previously completed an internship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during training camp in 2021 in the Team Operations department.
Kelly earned his bachelor’s degree in sports communication from Clemson in 2020. He served as a football operations student assistant for the Tigers from November 2019 through March 2021.
