Senior Year (2010): USILA Honorable Mention All-American … All-BIG EAST First Team honoree … Started all 15 games on attack … Averaged 1.87 goals per game and scored at least once in 14 of SU’s 15 contests and recorded at least one point in every game … Ranked second on the team with 41 points (28g, 13a) … His 28 goals tied for second on the Orange as did his 13 assists … Second on the team in man-up goals (5) … Collected 34 ground balls and caused nine turnovers … Chosen as the BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week and named to the ThunderBay/Inside Lacrosse Team of the Week after tying his personal best of five points (4g, 1a) at the Konica Minolta Big City Classic versus Princeton … Also voted the Big City Classic Player of the Game by the media in attendance … His four goals against the Tigers equaled a personal best … Also named to the BIG EAST Honor Roll (Feb. 22) after scoring four goals in the season opener against Denver … Against Providence, tied his career high with five points (3g, 2a) and was named to the BIG EAST Honor Roll (April 26) … Registered four points at Johns Hopkins, including a career-best three assists … Had a hat trick in SU’s NCAA Tournament game against Army.
Junior Year (2009): Named to the NCAA Championship All-Tournament team after scoring 11 points (8g, 3a) in the postseason … Played in six games with one start … Started the first game of his career and set season bests in points (4) and goals (3) against Siena in the first round of the NCAA Tournament … Had three points (1g, 2a) in consecutive games against Duke in the national semifinals and Cornell in the NCAA title game … Scored the game-winning goal 1:20 into overtime to lift the Orange to a 10-9 win versus the Big Red in the national championship game … Scored his first Syracuse goal against Colgate in the regular-season finale … Also had a goal versus Maryland in the NCAA quarterfinals.
