Syracuse women's ice hockey program has revealed its 2026-27 Atlantic Hockey America slate, with the conference unveiling the schedule Wednesday afternoon. The schedule features 24 total contests, two home and two road games against each member of the conference.
The Orange get their conference slate started with five consecutive weekends of contests. They start by taking on Mercyhurst on the road on October 2 and 3 followed by a two-game home set against the reigning conference champion Penn State on October 9 and 10. Syracuse wraps up the five-weekend stretch with a road trip to Robert Morris on October 16 and 17, home against Delaware on October 31 and November 1 and another road trip to Lindenwood on November 6 and 7.
The Orange will spend the weekend off from November 13 and 14 before playing a home-and-home with RIT on November 20 and 21, starting at home before traveling to Rochester. Syracuse wraps up the fall semester with a road trip to Penn State on December 4 and 5.
Upon returning for the spring semester, Syracuse will take on Mercyhurst at home on January 8 and 9 before hitting the road for a couple games against Delaware on January 15 and 16. Syracuse returns home the following weekend to clash with Lindenwood on January 22 and 23. Another home-and-home with RIT is next on the docket with a road game on January 29 before coming back to Tennity on January 30.
The Orange conclude their regular season conference schedule with a pair of home games against Rober Morris on February 12 and 13. The postseason begins with the quarterfinals on February 18 and 20.
All times are to be announced at a later date.
The Orange are on the heels of a season where they made a trip to the AHA semifinals where they were ultimately topped by Penn State. Ava Drabyk returns to the Orange after earning AHA All-Rookie status a year ago. She finished the season with five AHA weekly awards, including two Rookie of the Week awards and was named Goaltender of the Week three times. Emma Gnade, the team's leading goal scorer, is set to return to Tennity as well. She scored the eighth most goals by a freshman in program history with nine.
Syracuse's non-conference slate will be released at a later date.
