
'Cuse Climbs to #9 in CRCA Poll

Syracuse women's rowing jumps three spots up to No. 9 in the nation in in this week's Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA), the organization announced Tuesday afternoon. The Orange are coming off the Doc Hosea Invitational where it faced No. 6 Virginia, No. 11 Rutgers and Northeastern on Sunday.
Syracuse is one of seven ACC teams ranked in this week's poll, joined by No. 1 Stanford, No. 6 Virginia, No. 10 California, No. 15 Duke, No. 16 Miami, and No. 19 North Carolina. No other conference has more ranked teams in the top 25 than the ACC.
'Cuse will travel to Saratoga Springs, N.Y., this weekend to take on a pair of Ivy League opponents in No. 3 Yale and Cornell at the Cayuga Cup on Saturday.
