The Syracuse football team hosts Clemson on Saturday for homecoming in the final home conference contest of the season. Here are five things to know about the matchup:
1. National Stage
The Huddle on ACC Network will be live from campus on Saturday, hosting the network's pregame show on the Quad from 10 a.m. up until 12 p.m.'s kickoff. The crew of Taylor Tannebaum, Eric Mac Lain, Eddie Royal and Jimbo Fisher will be live in front of Hendricks Chapel.
Fans are encouraged to come and show what Orange Nation is all about. The show – which will be in addition to all the existing 'Cuse on the Quad activities – will also feature additional activations, games, giveaways and more.
2. Be There
Orange Nation needs to bring the energy on Saturday. Tickets are still available at Cuse.com/FootballTickets. Syracuse is coming off two-straight victories decided in the final seconds and has played in one-score games in six of its last seven matchups.
Be the difference on Saturday in this pivotal conference showdown. Be early and be loud.
3. Homecoming Weekend
Saturday's game also serves as Homecoming Weekend. Syracuse is 44-31 in homecoming games.
Since joining a conference in 1991, this will be the 30th time Homecoming has come during a conference matchup (35 seasons, excluding 2020 when there wasn't a homecoming).

4. 'Cuse vs. Clemson
This is the 14th meeting between the two schools, and 12th as league opponents. Clemson leads the all-time series 10-3.
The teams first met in the 1995 Gator Bowl, a 41-0 Syracuse win. Then, the teams played annually from 2013-2023 as members of the ACC's Atlantic Division. This is the second-straight season the two teams have met, since the scraping of the divisional model in the ACC. The Orange won last year's matchup in Death Valley, 34-21.
5. Cardiac 'Cuse
Syracuse has won each of its last two games in the final seconds, defeating North Carolina on a two-point conversion in overtime and scoring the go-ahead touchdown against SMU with just 19 seconds remaining.
One-score games have been a hallmark of Syracuse's football program. Head Coach Fran Brown has 11 one-score wins since he was hired in 2024, which is the sixth-most nationally in that stretch. Six of Syracuse's eight games this season have been decided by one score.
