Justy Carruthers was promoted to the Director of On-Campus Recruiting in 2024 after previously working as a recruiting intern throughout her collegiate tenure at Syracuse.
Carruthers plays an integral role in the recruiting operations for the Orange, leading recruiting logistics for prospective student-athletes and their families for visits, among other duties. Syracuse has signed the top-two ranked recruiting classes in program history in each of the last-two seasons, since the advent of recruiting service rankings.
