Personal: Houston Jerami Grant was born in March of 1994 in Portland, Ore. … He is the son of Harvey and Beverly Grant … Harvey Grant was a collegiate standout at Oklahoma and enjoyed a productive NBA career with Washington (Bullets and Wizards), Portland, and Philadelphia … Jerami’s uncle Horace Grant, Harvey’s twin, played college basketball at Clemson and was a member of NBA championship clubs with Chicago and Los Angeles … He also played for Orlando and Seattle … Jerami’s brother, Harvey Jerai, played at Clemson before starting a professional career overseas … Another brother, Holdyn Jerian, plays at ACC rival Notre Dame … He also has a younger brother, Harrison Jaelin … Grant is enrolled in the David Falk College of Sport and Human Dynamics.
