Orange Travel Across Town to Le Moyne Dec. 16

Syracuse women's basketball will travel across town for a nonconference matchup against Le Moyne on Wednesday, Dec. 16, at Ted Grant Court inside the Donald J. Savage '51 Basketball Arena on the Dolphins' campus. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.
Syracuse holds a 3-0 all-time record against Le Moyne, though the two programs have not met in a regular season contest since Feb. 15, 1973. This season's game will mark the first time the Orange and Dolphins have squared off in more than 50 years. In the load road game the Orange have played against the Dolphins, Syracuse earned a 42-25 win on Feb. 3, 1973.
The two teams played a preseason exhibition game at the JMA Wireless Dome during Syracuse Head Coach Felisha Legette-Jack's first season, which saw the Orange escape with a 73-70 win at home.
