Syracuse Draws Yale for First Round

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – After weathering one of the most challenging schedules in the country this season, Syracuse University men's lacrosse will host a first-round game in the NCAA Division I Men's Lacrosse.
Syracuse (11-5) will host Yale on Sunday, May 10 with a 5 p.m. game at the JMA Wireless Dome. Ticket information will be available on Cuse.com soon. Stay tuned for more information about tickets, parking, and broadcasts.
The Orange clash with the Bulldogs for the first time since the 2017 NCAA Tournament First Round, a thrilling 11-10 win for Syracuse at the Dome. Sunday will be the 25th meeting all-time in the series, which Syracuse leads 20-4 since beginning in 1920.
Syracuse spent the entire season inside the top 10 of the USILA Division I Coaches Poll, compiling an 11-5 record with seven wins over top 20 RPI teams this year. Eight wins over teams ranked inside the top 20 of the Coaches Poll this year.
Yale, ranked ninth in the most recent USILA Coaches Poll, enter the Tournament with a 9-5 overall record and went 4-2 in the Ivy League, falling 12-10 to now top-seeded Princeton.
