Syracuse football is back on the field!
Head Coach Fran Brown's squad practiced for the first time on Thursday, starting a stretch of preparations for the highly anticipated season-opener against Tennessee in the Aflac Kickoff Game. Brown took to the mic for his first press conference of camp following practice. Check out what he had to say as his squad opened fall camp:
Be sure to check out Cuse.com over the next month to stay up-to-date on fall camp. Each assistant coach and select support staff units will hold a press conference following a practice and players will speak at least twice per week. All press conferences will be available on Cuse.com and the Syracuse Athletics YouTube page. Friday, offensive players will be available to the media for the first time this preseason.
The Orange are coming off a 10-3 season and finish inside the top-20 of the national polls in his first year at the helm. Now, Syracuse turns its attention to 2025 – something Brown highlighted as the team completed the program's longstanding tradition of The Burning of the Shoe on Wednesday evening, putting last season in the past.
Â
Be part of the action all season long, starting on Aug. 30. Tickets for the Aflac Kickoff Game are on sale at Cuse.com/AflacKickoff. Act now to be part of one of the most anticipated season openers in recent memory, as the deadline to guarantee seats in Syracuse sections is approaching. Season, group and individual tickets remain on sale for all-six games in the JMA Wireless Dome this fall,  including longtime rivals Pittsburgh and Boston College, fellow ACC foes North Carolina and Duke, plus a pair of Northeast non-conference challengers in UConn and Colgate. All-five FBS opponents on the home slate reached a bowl game in 2024, setting up for another exciting season in the Loud House! Tickets are available at Cuse.com/Tickets.
