Jared Hackmyer is in his first season as a recruiting assistant for the Orange. Hackmyer completed his capstone internship with the program during the 2024 season and then served as a volunteer scouting assistant before joining the staff full time prior to the 2025 campaign.
Hackmyer earned his bachelor’s degree in sport management from Syracuse in Dec. 2024. As an undergraduate, he served as a gameday properties assistant for Learfield during the 2022-23 school year. Hackmyer also worked with the Orange men’s lacrosse team as a data analytics intern for the 2024 season while also interning with the football program in recruiting and player personnel.
