3 Tabbed to All-ACC Academic Tennis Squad

An Orange trio has earned All-ACC Academic honors for tennis.
Nelly Knezkova (psychology), Serafima Shastova (psychology) and Anastasia Sysoeva (information studies and management) are Syracuse's representatives on the list.
Sysoeva made her third career appearance on the squad, while Shastova is a two-time honoree.Â
In order to be considered for the All-ACC Academic team, a student-athletes must be an undergraduate, have been enrolled at the institution for one year, maintain a cumulative GPA over 3.0, have above a 3.0 in each of the last-two semesters, and have appeared in at least 50-percent of a team's games in the most recent season of competition. Student-athletes who have earned their undergraduate degree and were pursuing a master's degree this season are eligible for the ACC's graduate scholar-athlete award, which will be announced in July. The ACC honor roll, which honors student-athletes for academic success regardless of on-field competition, will also be announced in July.
