Women's Basketball Tip-Off Event Set for Oct. 15

Mark your calendars to meet the 2025-26 Syracuse Women's Basketball team at the Tip-Off Event on Oct. 15 at Drumlins Country Club! Register for the event today opens soon.

The event, set for Wednesday, Oct. 15, from 6-8:30 p.m. will feature the entire 2025-26 team, staff and head coach Felisha Legette-Jack who will address the crowd with remarks about the upcoming season. Registration costs $50 per person and includes a meet and greet that includes photos and autographs with the players and staff, hors d'oeuvres and a dinner buffet. This is your chance to support the women's basketball program before the season begins.

Syracuse returns seven student-athletes from a season ago including starter Sophie Burrows. The Orange added four freshmen and four transfers this offseason including Laila Phelia (Texas), Dominique Darius (USC), Aurora Almón (Miami) and Oyindamola Akinbolawa (Auburn). The 2025-26 schedule will be announced soon and fans should be excited for a new-look Syracuse women's basketball team.
