SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The Syracuse women's volleyball team travels to Pittsburgh for an ACC matchup on Friday, Sep. 22 at 7 p.m. in the Fitzgerald Field House. The meeting is the first of three straight road matches for the Orange (9-5, 1-0 ACC).

'Cuse looks to build on a three-match winning streak and record its second league win. Pittsburgh is riding a four-match winning streak and sits at 7-4 on the year. The matchup with Syracuse is the ACC opener for the Panthers.

Series History:
Pittsburgh holds a 36-10 all-time series advantage over Syracuse. The Panthers defeated the Orange 3-1 in last season's matchup. In its last trip to the Fitzgerald Field House (2015), 'Cuse came away with a 3-1 triumph.

'Cuse Standouts:
Santita Ebangwese paces the Orange attack with 130 kills and a .421 hitting percentage. Ebangwese also leads 'Cuse with 68 blocks. Belle Sand has a team-high 168 digs on the year.

Anastasiya Gorelina and Kendra Lukacs each posted career-highs in kills with 20 and 18, respectively, in the Syracuse triumph over Boston College.

Scouting The Panthers:
Stephanie Williams and Nika Markovic have combined for 228 kills on the season to lead the Pitt attack. Kamalani Akeo has a team-high 361 assists and Angela Seman leads the Panthers with 139 digs.

Of Note:
Jalissa Trotter is 46 assists away from reaching 1,000-assist milestone.
