A Well-Rounded Affair
Double Header
- The Syracuse Orange volleyball team won their third straight on Sunday morning, defeating Navy 3-1.
- The Orange took the first set 25-23 behind five kills each from Nicolette Serratore and Monika Salkute.
- 'Cuse went up 2-0, taking the second set 25-15 in large part due to two kills and four block assists from Leah Levert.
- After dropping the third set 25-22, the Orange won the fourth set by a score of 26-24, giving them the victory for the match.
A Well-Rounded Affair
- Serratore led the Orange with 17 kills, while Salkute totaled 10. Silvi Uattara picked up six kills while Levert and Santita Ebangwese each finished with five.
- Levert tallied five block assists for 'Cuse. Salkute and Ebangwese added three each as well.
- Gosia Wlaszczuk recorded 20 assists to lead the Orange, while Jalissa Trotter finished with 17.
Double Header
- The Orange will be back in action tonight, facing off against Buffalo at 6:30 PM in the Women's Building.
