SU Cheerleading Program

WELCOME to the Syracuse University Cheerleading Homepage. The team is composed of 32 student-athletes whose primary purpose is to support the Division I-A Orange football and the men's & women's basketball programs. Select cheerleaders have the privilege to travel to away football games, men's & women's conference and NCAA tournaments. The SU Cheerleaders may also travel to Bowl games and compete at the UCA College Cheerleading National Championships seen on ESPN.
In addition to these exciting and nationally televised events, the Cheer Team participates in a variety of appearances on behalf of the Department of Athletics, Syracuse University and monthly community service projects benefiting the central New York community.
