VESTAL, N.Y. – Senior Kelly Duan led all players with 24 kills to lead the Orange volleyball team to a 3-1 (28-30, 30-16, 30-26, 32-30) victory against Binghamton tonight at West Gym. Duan finished the match with a .450 hitting percentage.
Senior setter Aila Dommestrup tallied 54 assists on the evening. Sophomore Cheryl Cobbina recorded 13 kills, while senior Kristen Conway posted 12. Conway also had a match-high 13 digs.
For the Bearcats (4-1), Katie Brody had 17 kills while Jacki Kane tallied 13. Setter Ashley Meffert finished with 44 assists.
The Orange (3-1) travels to Ohio this weekend to compete in the Kent State Tournament.
